I've booked Best Price, Sail from Florida and Save.. Can I still get price matching? Or the option of obc or upgrade?

The only thing you can get OBC with (after final payment) is Early Saver.

If you are before final payment date, you can get your cruise price reduced. (this is because you could conceivably cancel and rebook at the lower rate.)

 

If you are past final payment date, you will not get any kind of reduction or OBC unless you have booked Early Saver.
