Reassigned guarentees

I was wondering if you booked a guarantee room and when you finally get an assignment is that it? In other words will they possibly reassign you to another room later?

It is possible, but unlikely to happen based on my experiences.

Only if it's a HC CABIN, where a disabled person would need it.
