JanetMarie Posted July 7, 2004 #26 Share Posted July 7, 2004 What do you gals think of the formal beaded dresses? Are they still very much in style?
lszu Posted July 7, 2004 #27 Share Posted July 7, 2004 Hi JanetMarie! I don't think they ever really go out of style, do they?
HinOK Posted July 12, 2004 #28 Share Posted July 12, 2004 I am going on a cruise for the first time(Alaska/Celebrity/Mercury/7/16/04). I love any excuse to wear formals, but I am also very cheap! I just bought three formals on clearance at Dillard's last week, so anyone looking for formals that lives near a Dillard's should check it out ASAP.;)
GLW513 Posted July 16, 2004 #29 Share Posted July 16, 2004 I bought a tux at Sims for $58.00. It has a "western" style to it. It was marked down from $250.00. It does pay to look through the rack.
slverbell Posted July 17, 2004 #30 Share Posted July 17, 2004 I just found this site. Very few dresses over $100. Some sale items as low as $29.99 http://www.cybernetplaza.com/ Happy hunting. :D
jncissel Posted July 17, 2004 #31 Share Posted July 17, 2004 There is a store in little rock, ar, (they have other locations as well) that is like an overstock store, sometimes the stuff is damaged, so you have to be careful, but around prom time they get in tons of dresses, even a lot that are not "prom" like. So i got a beautiful black dress with a ruffle detail that fit me PERFECTLY..for $1.00 plus tax. :) talk about a great purchase!
