Directions to Happy Beach

I am looking for detailed directions to get to Happy Beach. Where exactly to park, how to get there from the port.

Also, would it be best to take a taxi or rent a car to get there.

Any info about this beach would be helpful.

From the port rent a car and drive tI Friars Bay Beach. Park in the lot and walk to the beach. When facing the water walk to the right. You will see a small sign directing you to the path for Happy Bay. Follow it and in 15 minutes or so you will be at Happy Bay.

 

It's a beautiful beach. There apparently is some decent snorkeling there. A man often rents chairs and has drinks and sandwiches for purchase. There are no restroom facilities. Sometimes boat tours stop here. It is very common to see nude beach goers at this beach but it is not an official nude beach.
