StrikeEagle Posted November 18, 2014 #1 Share Posted November 18, 2014 (edited) Hi everyone, We are arriving at Nassau, Bahamas next week on a cruise trip. Planning to get the Beach pass at Atlantis. We have young children with us and was wondering if the beach water at Atlantis suitable for younger children, how rough or calm is the water during late November, is it a steep drop from the beach line when you walk into the water ? I read somewhere, with the beach pass, you can only access the main beach, looking at this map, which beach is the main beach ? http://www.atlantis.com/content/pdf/map.pdf Thank you Edited November 18, 2014 by StrikeEagle

It is usually NOT suitable for small children due to rough seas and sharp drops. Occasionally, when the Main Beach is closed, management will allow access to other areas such as the Cove or Lagoon Beach. There are other options, such as the beaches along Cable Beach that are less expensive and calmer for children.
