Booked this, but never been on Allure. Can anyone tell me anything about this cabin.

The bed is near the closet.

I don't know anything specific to that cabin, but you are on Deck 8 which is a nice location. My personal preference on Allure / Oasis is deck 6.

 

Deck 8:

 

- same deck as Central Park which is where most of the specialty restaurants are located.

 

- walk down 2 decks to Boardwalk / AquaTheater aft and Spa forward.

 

- walk down 3 decks to the Promenade.

 

- walk down 3 decks to walking / jogging track.

 

- walk down 4 decks to Casino and Amber theater.

 

- walk down 3 or 4 decks to Main Dining Room.

 

So you have an opportunity to take some stairs / burn some calories on the trip. :)
