PerfectlyPerth Posted December 7, 2014 #2 Share Posted December 7, 2014 If you pop over to the CC Antarctica forum http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=475 Or the Trip Advisor Antarctica forum http://www.tripadvisor.com.au/ShowForum-g1-i12337-Antarctic_Adventures.html You will find posters who have travelled on it under both names. Rare Fletcher Posted December 12, 2014 #3 Share Posted December 12, 2014 The ship is being refitted April 2016. We are booked on a Noble Cal trip in May 2016 and the brochure says: 'Sea Explorer, previous known as Corinthian II, will be joining the NC fleet in Spring 2016 and will receive an extensive refit in April 2016 and thereby offer the same standards as her sister vessels Island Sky and Caledonian Sky." sparty1 Posted December 20, 2014 #4 Share Posted December 20, 2014 We were on her last year, and she was in great shape! It was chartered for 2 weeks cruising the British Isles to Iceland. She is small, one dining room, 2 lounges, well-appointed staterooms, small library and internet area, exercise area with hot-tub. One rough sea night, but she handled it well.
