Talkeetna: Denali Fireside Cabins & Suites or Talkeetna Cabins

We are considering these two properties for a 1-night stay in Talkeetna in late July 2015. Anyone have experience with these lodgings?

 

We are looking for accommodations, ideally $200 per night or less. We are a couple in our mid-50s who would like a pleasant, comfortable, clean place.

 

Our main reason for stopping in Talkeetna on our way to the Denali area is to do a McKinley flightseeing trip.

Yes, I have. The reviews for both are generally good which is why they're on my list, but people on this board also have good experience and it would be nice to hear from anyone who has experience with one or both properties, especially as far as location is concerned.
