Does anyone know if there is a place to leave luggage at the Wathey Cruise Pier, Point Blanche in Philipsburg? Or in the alternative at the airport for more than the 3 hours before check in? Or, in Philipsburg?

No there is no such service available as of now.

I heard from my friend Joyce Hanley-Prince that she is offering such a service.

 

While apparently directed at those flying in, I don't see why it wouldn't work from the Cruise Facility, as well.
