Labadee

We are arriving in Labadee at 4:30 p.m. and was wondering what we could do when we arrive, since it would be late. Should we make dinner reservations on the ship or would there be something to do on the island. Or should we just plan on eating at the Windjammer.

Thanks for you help

430pm!!. Really?. We've been there 4-5 times and have always arrived in the morning. I don't see any reason to leave the ship for food as they usually just have a buffet setup on shore.

What activities do they have at that hour?. The zipline is an awesome once in a lifetime thing to do. We've also done the speedboat tour. Last couple times, we've just done the beach or walked around taking pictures.

That's kinda bizarre. Assuming you sail after the clocks jump ahead, the sun will be setting at around 7pm. 2.5 hours of daylight on Labadee.. hmmm. Perhaps you can sit on the beach and watch the bonfires from the cock fights and voodoo ceremonies across the water

We are an overnight at Ladabee and we leave 5:00 p.m. the next day.

Sounds like an interesting itinerary and gives you a few hours of daylight when you arrive and basically an entire day on Labadee the following day. Not sure if they will have anything special going on onshore the first night but I might want to make liberal use of bug spray during the night time hours in case the mosquitoes are active.
