Refer a Friend on Royal

I've been trying to submit a referral to Royal for OBC, but I keep receiving an error message for the last two days. Are they having problems with their website? Has anyone else had this problem?

Myself and a co-worker are responsible for various other persons taking a cruise, one of which is this coming weekend for co-worker and me next month. On both occasions their was some difficulty using the RCCL Site and both of us made our separate phone calls to RCCL and again on both occasions the person in charge at RCCL couldn't be more accommodating.

 

With all that said co-worker and I during our respective cruises will be looking for the benefit as proposed, for me it is only one room, for co-worker their are 7 rooms, even tho their is a limit.

I receive the error message "We are unable to update your information at this time. Please try again later". Since it's been two days, I'll try and call them. Thanks for the information!

I was unable to receive this Benefit because I was booked in a "Group". I kept getting an error message, too, and finally, had my TA check on it for me. I hope you are able to get the $25.00 OBC!
