Hello.

If rented from Captain Van's, the machines come with a security cable and lock. In addition, you can lock the front forks....NOTE: I have never had a scooter theft in 9 years (knock on wood).

 

In regards to parking, that is the really advantage of a scooter. Most beaches have minimal beach access and next to nil for parking. A scooter can parked under a TREE!!!

So sorry we did not get to meet you & rent the scooters. Thanks to Wilma our itinerary changed. We will check with you next cruise about renting the scooters!

You might want to try another email to CaptVan's. Internet service is often spotty on the island & from what I'm told it was worse than normal due to complications from Hurricane Wilma (much of the island was without power for a few days).
