Booking a retreat cabana - how far out?

I just booked a April 2016 Panama Canal cruise on the NA. I'm interested in booking a retreat cabana. I haven't called yet because it's a year plus out. One poster said they called and they are not available to book yet, and ship services didn't know when they would be available. Can anyone tell me how far out they were able to book? I booked my last one at 6 months out. Thx for your help.
