AT&T coverage in San Juan

AT&T is telling me my "home" package (US) will cover me in San Juan with full reception. I have a 5S iPhone. The customer service person seemed confused though. Anyone with experience on this?

Yes, AT&T has native coverage in San Juan. Coverage seemed pretty good when we were there in 2010, but I didn't make many calls.

I had top check to since we have stops in San Juan and St Thomas and based on maps both after covered under my domestic plan ☺ based on what I see so those will be good days to catch up I work emails if needed.

I have used my phone and plan many times in San Juan. It is great coverage. Yes its good to text and email when in port.

Thanks jessica, for inquiring about AT&T. I, too, have them as my wireless carrier. Hopefully my service will remain the same in PR pre-cruise as it is back home.

I had an iPhone 5s in San Juan when I was there in June. No issues. Internet speed was good. San jus is a U.S. territory so it is included in your att package.
