forward facing cabin

we will be on the Carnival Dream this month and we have cabin 10204. it is a forward facing cabin with a window, just wondering how this room location is

I'd be interested in comments on these rooms. We've booked one for 26 days on the vista. Hope it was a good choice.

10202 is right next to yours, but slightly bigger according to the deck plan.

 

10205 is at the opposite end, but still forward facing, and slightly smaller according to the deck plan.

Curious if anyone can tell me anything about 6201 on Freedom. First time to book a obstructed view in the front and wanted impressions. Noise? deck outside?

We had the same spot on the Splendor last summer. Aside from sailaway, NOBODY came to the deck outside, so it was a great room I would def book again. For us, it had a huge window, but it was an inside category. Definitely a different cabin, but we like the location and pretty private deck.

your obstruction will be a wall. there is a public deck outside your window that is opened to all people. (especially at night keep the curtains closed because people can see into your cabin.

 

IF you hit rough waters you will feel the most of the motion.

 

You are over the show lounge and it will be very loud while the shows are happening. (feel the bass)

 

Its a LONG walk to the food/ Pools.

 

the doors to the outside desk are located to the side of the ship. If you find people are constantly slamming the door throw a towel over the top to keep it from slamming. or put a nice note on the door to please hold the door while it closes
