Embarkment question

Apologies if this is found elsewhere- having trouble finding it though!

Does everyone booked in your cabin have to be present in order to board the ship on embarkment day? Planning a group cruise in a month and while we will be boarding early, another pair sharing a cabin has a split schedule- 1 can come early the other has to work and will show up later. Is it possible for the non working person to board earlier with us? Or will she have to wait until her cabin mate is there? Thanks!

When you print your boarding passes you will have the choice to do one pass for everyone in your cabin OR separate passes. Just do separate ones and everyone can come on board as they please.
