Luckyroot Posted September 1, 2005 #1 Share Posted September 1, 2005 I read on a thread somewhere that Zenith is going into Drydock the October 23rd thru Nov 4th, 2005. Can anyone confirm that? It looks to be so, since there are no cruises scheduled during that time frame. What kind of refurbs can they accomplish in 2 weeks? We are scheduled to sail on Nov 5th. Wondering if that is a good thing, to be on the first sailing after drydock? Any thoughts?
chessbriar Posted September 1, 2005 #2 Share Posted September 1, 2005 Yes it is in for drydock at that time. It's a good time to be going as the crew will be fresh off a vacation and well rested.
Ships R Great Posted September 1, 2005 #3 Share Posted September 1, 2005 There was a couple of programs on cable a while back about MAJOR-MAJOR refurbishing on a RCL ship. They worked around the clock for two weeks and got the whole ship redone. I hope they are doing major stuff on the Zenith. We love her and want everyone else to love her too!
