UDP and advance reservations - Charges on website?

Possibly a silly question, but anyway...

I have booked and have the UDP (which is showing up on the "Vacation Summary").

I know I can reserve the speciality restaurants in advance from 90 days (and it is less than that now), but when I look at the "Explore & Plan", it shows a charge against the restaurants.

Is this just the website, and there is no charge?

Does anyone know if there is a listing by ship of which restaurants are included in the Ultimate Dining Package. I am looking at the Getaway, specifically, but would be interested in other ships as well.

I am looking at booking a cruise, and wasn't sure what was included.

Thanks.

Well it seems to work for the restaurants, which come up as zero, but I thought that Cirque Dreams was free on the first night if you had the UDP. However it still shows the full charge?

Just booked Cirque on first night and it came up no fee
