Shore Excursions in Cozumel!?

My husband and I (in our late 20's) are going on the Norwegian Jewel to Cozumel, Belize and Roatan in a few weeks! Completely confused on which shore excursions to book/do! Time is running out and I don't want things to get sold out!

 

I want to see the coral reefs but my husband isn't a fan of swimming so thinking a submarine ride instead of snorkeling. Also, thought the dune buggy ride looked fun.

 

Any other ideas or places/companies to book with? Thanks!

Coz has lots of great beach clubs for a fun/relaxing day - Nachi Cocom, Mr. Sanchos, Paradise Beach, The Money Bar, etc. Read this board and trip advisor reviews and pick the one that meets your needs.
