Ocean View or Veranda on Infinity

Thinking of booking on the Infinity but cannot make up our mind about which stateroom.

Can anyone help us with the best deck to be on with regard to noise and which would be the best Ocean view staterooms & also the best veranda staterooms.

It will be our first time on Infinity so any advice/tips would be very welcome.

Many people prefer to avoid deck 9 which is under the pool area and Ocean Cafe. Most consider the best balconies are the 2C "sweet sixteen" these are the front 8 on each side on deck 6, the balconies are double size. If you do a seach you will find pictures, and recently someone posted a video tour of one of these cabins. Others with balconies at least 50% bigger than normal are 2B - 6048, 6053, 8146, and 8146. 2A - 7049, 7080 and 5 more each side near the aft elevators.

 

I don't really know anything about outsides, but on the plans 7002 and 7003 look larger than normal. Have a look on the sticky for M-class cabins, remember that all 4 are same layout so it doesn't really matter which ship the posting is about, just the cabin number.

If you are going to go with Oceanview, I would look at staterooms 3112 thru 3144. Those are newly converted rooms which used to be conference rooms. They all have huge picture windows, They are Category 6.
