gatour Posted April 9, 2015 #1 Share Posted April 9, 2015 A few days ago I received an email stating that our Frozen reservation has been changed for the next day. However I have special dinner reservations for that night. Over the last few days, I have repeatedly went to RCCL.com and clicked on Cruise Planner to check my calendar. Every single time I get a message that says Cruise Planner is unavailable. Months ago I worked out show/dinner reservations only to have shows rescheduled, now 45 days out it looks like RCCL has mucked up the works yet again. My patience is wearing thin. Anyone else having issues with accessing Cruise Planner and reviewing their bookings on the calendar? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Clarea Posted April 9, 2015 #2 Share Posted April 9, 2015 Happened to us on Liberty last month. We made reservations for the ice show. A few days before the cruise we got an automated email saying the reservations had been changed. When we got on board, we found the reservations were back to what we had originally made.
