Email from concierge on Liberty

Has anyone in a suite received an email from the concierge on the Liberty. We are going in 2 weeks and haven't heard from him yet. We are in a suite.

 

When we went on Explorer we heard from the concierge 2 weeks before cruise. We sent him an email and have not heard from him. Just wondering if all concierges email before cruise.

His name was Carlos and he was excellent.
