TheD1gitalMe Posted May 16, 2015 #1 Share Posted May 16, 2015 Hi We are sailing on Explorer of The Seas out of Southampton on 23rd May and we are taking our 7 1/2 month old daughter with us. We depart from the City Cruise Terminal and I just had a few questions about the port/terminal: - Does the terminal have baby changing facilities? - how long roughly does the whole check-in/boarding process take from main entrance to being on board? - Is the parking in Mayflower Park free or do you have to pay? if so how much? thanks Paul
John Bull Posted May 17, 2015 #2 Share Posted May 17, 2015 The terminal had a multi-million pound refit over the winter, sorry don't know if that includes baby-changing. Check-in times are variable depending whether you arrive at a busy or quiet time. From entrance to boarding I guess about an hour on average - but like I say, it's variable. Parking in Mayflower Park is surprisingly reasonable, £1 per two hours, via pay&display machines. JB :)
Bob++ Posted May 17, 2015 #3 Share Posted May 17, 2015 I had a look through the websites and Baby changing doesn't get a mention. It's pretty normal to have these facilities so maybe they don't think it's necessary to say so. They also advertise themselves as a conference venue which surely makes such facilities a requirement.
