Debe7ing Posted May 17, 2015 #1 Share Posted May 17, 2015 We have not cruised Carnival in a long, long time, but "The Point" steakhouse on the Conquest had the BEST French Onion soup I have ever had. Both hubby and I loved it. With Princess leaving Houston, can see a few "drive to Galveston" Carnival possibilities in our future. Does anyone know if they still serve the same, outstanding onion soup in the specialty places onboard the current ships???? Thanks much!

annawanX2 Posted September 24, 2015 #3 Share Posted September 24, 2015 I was last on a cruise in February and am leaving again next week. It was still on the menu in the MDR and was great !!! I'm picky about French Onion Soup and I love Carnival's !!
capncarp Posted October 4, 2015 #4 Share Posted October 4, 2015 Stand by for dumb question: Anyone know if any of the lines makes a non-meat-stock vegetarian version of French onion soup? DW (lacto-ovo veg) loves it but will not eat meat-based foods, so she finds most French onion soups barred to her:(.
