Roll Call Connection Party Signup

Does anyone know if the link to sign up for a Roll Call Connection Party is working now or not? I just tried to sign up, yet again, for the one for our upcoming cruise, and I did seem to get further into it than the previous times that I tried, but it still seemed glitchy, and I think I still failed to complete the process.
