Hermione60 Posted June 26, 2015 #1 Share Posted June 26, 2015 Hello, I'm considering booking two suites (one for us, one for our 18 and 21 yo sons) on that cruise. We love a veranda, but I want to stay - ahem - reasonable, so would like a Veranda Suite (as opposed to a midship veranda suite). Which deck and which suites would you suggest? TIA! wripro Posted June 26, 2015 #2 Share Posted June 26, 2015 I would call as soon as possible to see if you can find a regular verandah suite as close to midship as possible. Sometimes you can find one that is one or two suites away from midship verandahs. I like deck six personally.
duct tape Posted June 26, 2015 #3 Share Posted June 26, 2015 I also prefer deck 6, there are some communicating suites.
Hermione60 Posted June 29, 2015 Author #4 Share Posted June 29, 2015 Thanks for the prompt answers! So, I have just booked suites 614 and 615 (the most midship veranda suites that were not officially midship veranda suites - wow, that is a seriously weird sentence ;)). I forgot to ask though: Why is deck 6 better? (As you see, I trusted your answers blindly )
wripro Posted June 29, 2015 #5 Share Posted June 29, 2015 Because you are below and above other suites so there won't be any noise from the pool deck above. And it's easy to get to everywhere on the ship from there.
