Oasis of the Seas: Muster Band?

Hi again,

 

OK so I am reading past posts and I saw a comment about waiting for the daughter to get her muster band because she is under 12 years old. We are traveling with my son for the first time on a cruise. My son is 4. Is the muster band a bracelet he will have to wear the whole time?

 

What is a muster band and what is it made of (plastic, rubber....)?

It's plastic, snaps on much like a hospital bracelet and is non removable. Once removed cannot be put back on. Must be worn for the duration of the cruise.

This ensures that in case of an emergency that they are taken to your assigned muster station.
