UDP, SDP a little confused

So my booking for 2016 shows UDP. However when looking that up on the NCL site, http://www.ncl.com/onboard-packages/dining-packages , The SDP and UDP seem to be the same.

And it says an additional charge for al a cart restaurants.

Specialty Dining Packages include our steakhouses, churrascarias, French, Japanese and Italian restaurants. You may choose to dine in entertainment-based and à la carte priced restaurants for an additional charge. Dining options vary by ship. Read the FAQs and Terms & Conditions for more details.

Well we all know now that Cagneys and Le Bistro will be a la cart in 2016.

Very confusing. . . .

I think the UDP would be honored the way it was when you purchased it or when you got it as a promotion before the change. I'm hoping it is because I have 2 cruises booked with UDP and do not like the ala carte option.

I'm going to check with my PCC to see what he says but he may not even know.
