SoloSailorII Posted July 30, 2015 #1 Share Posted July 30, 2015 We will be in St. Lucia on September 24 2015, aboard M/V Liberty. Does anyone know who is the operator that Carnival uses for the Scuba excursion? St. Lucians take "Island Time" to heart ;) We dove there before and love it, during our honemoon we dove dove twice a day and one night dive, but we were at Sandal's Resort, so we embraced the Island time concept pretty well. This is the only port we are thinking of booking directly thru Carnival. Thanks Fair Winds and Following Seas
divinmule Posted September 16, 2015 #2 Share Posted September 16, 2015 Ok I wish I could remember their company name but I can tell you it was a GREAT set of Dives with the Carnival Operator. I remeber Papa Smurf was one of the DM's. I'm sure its in my log book. I will try to look it up. But that set of dives was the highlight of our 5 port diving trip. I went with them because the Scuba Steve folks have this crazy no refund policy if your ship doesn't dock. So we just skipped them over. So glad we did!! They had like 12 divers in their group when they passed over us, we had 5! The dives were fantastic with nice long bottm times and right at the base of the Pitons. Would go back with them in a heartbeat.:D I am pretty sure this is the group we went with that day...Iyanola Dive Ventures. It was Aug 2013. so assuming its the same group...go and have fun. All reports from Iyanola are how good they are and how professional Charlie "Papa Smurf"and Curtis John are. So we are now counting down to superman's flight and a nice cold piton afterwards Fair Winds and Following Seas
