Booking excursion at the Pier

Leaving in 3 days on the Navigator or the Sea. First time to Belize, I usually book my excursion at the pier but was looking for advise if reputable venders are readily available when I get off the tender. Any help is appreciated. Was thinking about Cave Tubing thingie w. family of 4.

Several vendors on the pier will pick up people there. Cavetubing.bz is one. I think Cave Tubing R Us will do so as well.
