NCL booking down today? anyone else have issues

I scrolled through 1st 3 pages of forum and don't see anyone else posting...did I miss something or is just me? I keep getting an error message so I can't obtain pricing on any cabin-this is on NCL site, as well as other travel sites. (I've tried different categories and quantity of people, promos, etc)

Anyone having problems with bookings/inquiries today? weird.

"Kathy" popped out - first click/attempt, nothing but managed to see prices on subsequent "click" ... system is running & functional, sort of :D

 

Except, robotic Kathy - on a somewhat, related observation I made - couldn't answer why there is no pricing difference or discount for AARP rates (which, I knew - often one must call in to ask) or Latitutde discount ("not offered" on that sailing, I suppose) or any "Residency" special rates ("none", based on your 'State')

While you were making your observations, did you also observe that "Kathy" is not robotic, but rather a live person whose name is not really Kathy? Did you further note that when you use the chat feature on the website, that the folks assisting you are avid NCL cruisers, who do not work for NCL, and therefore would have no way to answer those questions to your satisfaction?
