Princess Cruise Personalizer??

Hi, I don't think anything has changed with the Personalizer, I was on it earlier today. Perhaps it is your computer firewall or browser ? I know they go down for maintenance on the Princess site quite often , but that is usually on weekends. Sorry you are having a problem, try it again. Good Luck.

I found I had to enter my full name (not just my nickname) to access the site. I also use the caps lock when entering the booking "number". Yesterday I had problems entering my CC info - tried 3 times, so did SO, called the CC co. and they couldn't find a problem on their end, callled Princess & had to do it over the phone.

Thank you for the replies. I can't get into the site at all so possibly it's my browser as Cori said. Have always been able to get on it until recently. Might try going through the Princess website itself. Thanks all!
