Sept car rental deals MIA/FLL??

Anyone know if the car rental places come out with crazy deals in Sept since it's low season? Never had to rent a car in Florida as we have one there at our home but trying to search to help a friend out.

 

So far I have found this which I think is kind of a good deal comparing prices listed on other threads.

 

7 day rental pickup in FLL drop off in MIA with free shuttle to port plus free second driver for $88.50 USD.

 

Return 1 day rental in MIA free cruise shuttle, free second driver, drop off next day in FLL for $25 USD.

 

Finally when dropping off in FLL another pickup at same time for a 5 day rental, no second driver, drop off at FLL for $83CAD plus a very good chance to take advantage of a best price guarantee which will result in a $50 travel voucher.

 

Think those are decent deals for rentals or is there a chance some promo codes will come out since it's low season? I did find a few promo codes that do make some portions of rentals cheaper unfortunately don't qualify for some of the codes so not going to use them but maybe rental companies will come out with new codes for Sept?

Those sound great, but keep shopping - prices sometimes drop as you get closer to your date and managers are looking at unsold inventory.

Look at silvercar, it’s a new car rental co. all the rent are Audi 4a for 59 a day but have specials all the time.
