Breakaway: are shows appropriate for teen and preteen?

I agree with Backstage.

The Rock of Ages tour had some risque costumes and dancing for kids.

The Cirq Jungle Fanstasy show was fantastic though and the Burn the floor is fine as well.

I never got around to seeing the Wine musical.

I heard the earliest comedy / improve show is family friendly. The later ones are for mature audiences and they don't hold back even if someone brings a kid to the late one. The actors even warned the audience ahead of time that they were not holding back.

Just back from Breakaway, we saw Burn the floor in theatre on Monday night., then short version in Manhattan Dining room. Enjoyed it. We did go to Rock of Ages, adult son and 13 year old grandson also, but son took the grandson out. They DID tell you that the content is for mature adult audiences, and it is. Just be advised
