CretaMed88 Posted September 2, 2015 #1 Share Posted September 2, 2015 A friend of mine had informed that Celestyal wants to buy Maasdam and in the same time Aura will go for scrap. Thomson Majesty and Spirit will leave Thomson due to Mein Schiff 1 and 2 transfer to Thomson.. So does this mean Celestyal will have 6 ships in 2017-8? If you have any other cruise ships rumours purchase, just write it. :D

OlsSalt Posted September 3, 2015 #3 Share Posted September 3, 2015 (edited) Two of HAL's smaller, older (and extremely well loved) ships got rebranded and are now sailing with P&O - apparently all spiffed up and put into Australian service now. Yes, the Maasdam is also up for sale and she is favored by HAL even cruisers more than the others. So there is probably truth to that rumor since she in in the same class as the now sold and rebranded Ryndam and the Statendam - classy old ladies. http://www.hollandamericablog.com/2014/05/20/ryndam-statendam-to-move-to-sister-line-po-cruises/ Edited September 3, 2015 by OlsSalt
