Carnival Legend balcony

My daughter has a balcony cabin. She is petrified about her daughters having access to the balcony unsupervised. Question. Can the balcony be locked so the kids can't get out there?

Most balcony doors are quite heavy to open and the kids will have problems with them. I am pretty sure the legend doors also have a lock up high.

you should be able to lock the balcony but she would have to watch the kids all the time or she could have got an oceanview cabin
