8 day Cruise menu?

We will be sailing on the Sunshine (Aruba, Curaçao and Grand Turk) over spring break. I have seen the 7 day menus, but was wondering if anyone had the menus for an 8 day cruise. I would like to make steakhouse reservations based on this. Typically I don't care for the first nights offerings and go then, but I have no idea what they will be serving the first night on this cruise. Also, when are the two formal nights?

 

Fifty percent off a bottle of wine is appealing, as we love wine with dinner. Do all ships offer this if you don't want the free bottle on the first night?

Sorry, I found them. Still looks like day 1 is a good choice for us. So does the Sunshine offer 50% off a bottle of your choice on the first night?
