Hop on the metro rail.

No need for Metrorail as Tri-Rail now runs through to Miami Central Station (MCS) in the Miami Intermodal Center (MIC) at the airport (MIA).

Just take the MIA Mover monorail from level 3 of the Central Terminal (entrances near Concourse F or between D and E where North Terminal joins Central) to the MIC, go down to the ground floor and cross the street to the MCS.

(This concludes our serving of alphabet soup today :D)
