bosswench Posted September 26, 2015 #1 Share Posted September 26, 2015 DH and I will be in St. Maarten from 9-6 on a Sunday next month. We have arranged a rental car at the port and really want to go explore on our own, but maybe we have got too much on our plate! Since DH is an airplane nut, a stop at Maho is an absolute requirement. A KLM 747 from Amsterdam arrives at 10:55 a.m., so we have to be there to see it. We would also like to stop for breakfast/early snack at a little shack we read about in Simpson Bay, seems like it is on the way to Maho so should work. Also on the agenda are pastries at Serafina's and a little walk about in Marigot. We would also like to spend an hour or so on a lovely beach, Grand Case, Orient? Maybe lovely french food for lunch. Is this doable? Are we overextending ourselves with all this? Does anyone have suggestions for improving this plan? JoJo:)

Honestly I am a foodie but breakfast, lunch and pastries on a 9-4:30 stop is a lot for even me.:D
