Ship's casino on a Hawaiian cruise

We are looking at a Solstice cruise next September from Vancouver to Hawaii. The first days will be sea days but the end days are port stops at several Hawaiian islands. Does anyone know if the ship's casino will be open at all during those end days or will it be closed because the ship is not in international waters?
