Allure Specialty Dining Reservations

We are within the 90 day window but specialty dining reservations under the Cruise Planner are unavailable. Husband called and was told it might not be available for some time. Are problems making dining reservations common? We have been able to complete show and shore tour reservations as well as purchase a beverage package some time ago. We sail 2/14/2016.

We sail on 3/12 and ours have not opened up yet either. It makes me wonder if there are changes coming.

We are on the Allure on Jan. 17, 2015 and I was able to book all of our dinners, MDR and Speciality Dining. The process was very user friendly.

Ours came up about 80 days out, just before final payment. We sail on 1/24, so it was just a couple weeks ago.
