Can someone please explain to me how to get a better price when already booked. I am not using a travel agent and when I booked my rooms they said I can always call back and they can "do a search" to make sure I have the best deal. Do they just rebook it? Can they only do this if the same type of room is still available?

Go to the RCI website and check the current price of your room type. If it's lower than what you paid call up and ask them to adjust the price. They do not rebook it, just reduce the balance owing for your final payment. You can only do this up to the final payment date.

If your cruise is before final payment date, and you see a better price on Royal's website, call Royal and ask for your price to be adjusted. There must be a stateroom in your category in order for you to see a price on their website.

You are eligible to get whatever is the current promo. However, in order to get the current promo, you price must be adjusted to the current price.
