Disembarkation

My experience says unrealistic. The ship gets in maybe at 8 am, but when is it cleared by the customs officers??? Even if the ship gets in at 6, the customs officers don't get on the ship until - at the earliest - 7:30. You will probably not be the first People off the ship, and you have to get your luggage and go through customs in the terminal building.

I would allow 30 minutes.

But if it is private and it is just you then just let them know to be there and you will be off the ship as soon as you can.

It is about a five minute walk from the ship to the cruise ship terminal building entrance.
