I've just completed booking an excursion and ordering a beverage for my April cruise on the Zuiderdam. I had no difficulty what so ever using the HAL web site. I have to say it was very user friendly

HAL's site has been hit and miss for some of us.

I gave up using IE for it -- now use Chrome.

Yes. We are using Chrome too. So far, we are ok with it.
