Well, it took the Office of the President's "Special Advisor" seven days to reply to me. At least, he did, as I still await a reply from the regular Guest Relations team. I think we all know it is the same gang, with one sounding like they actually care.

 

The request from HAL, after the OOTP Special Advisor contacted Ocean, was to give them a day or so to contact us. They didn't, yet again.

 

Ocean are probably the worst company I have ever dealt with and HAL are not far behind them.
