Carnival Magic Room choices. Help Me decide.

Has anyone experienced the Starboard side Spa Rooms 12019, 12021, or 12023 or Panorama deck 11243 balcony rooms? I noticed that there is open air smoking permitted on the Starboard side Lido deck 10 which concerns me. It looks like the smoking area is Midship to aft of the ship but if there is no issue with smoke coming up to those rooms, I may reconsider one. I just read a comment from a while ago saying they stayed in one of them and smelled smoke. But it looks like it was prior to Carnival saying no smoking in rooms. So it makes me think it was a passenger in their room vs coming from the Lido deck. Any help is much appreciated.
