Cruise critic beach safe

Hi, Was looking at this item in this websites Cruise Critic Gear. The safe holds Cruise Card, Credit cards and money. Do you wear it in the water? Around your neck? Does it attach to your bathing suit? Anyone know?

I ordered these, and I just received them. They are hardsided, about the size of a cigarette pack. They have a black cord on them that hangs around your neck. They look like they are waterproof, but I am not sure. I held it under water, and it didn't leak though. I plan on using them next month.
