  1. If you think cruise ships never fail health inspections I am afraid you are kidding yourself. Yes, they definitely do.
  2. Not me. Those machines get mold so frequently because they are never cleaned out properly. I wouldnt touch one with a ten foot pole. Google it.
  3. I think you are missing the point. Rather than a complaint, the point is that what is served is not what is on the menu. Example would be the menu offering lobster tail, and being served shrimp instead. Or the menu offering steak, and being served hamburger.
  4. Your choice of course. On the other hand, my choice would be to explain to the waiter, and send it back and order something else. How can you pound something very thin, if it has a bone in it.
  5. Chicken parm is supposed to be pounded very thin, then coated in bread crumbs and fried. It does not have a bone in it.
  6. Dont they have them at all anymore?
  7. No insult intended, but saying its an older hotel, but should be clean enough, does not inspire me at all.
  8. My very favorite is Lago Mar. No shuttles, but a cab will get you to the port in ten minutes. Not close to shops or restaurants unless you have a car. Their dining rooms are fantastic, and they have a wonderful buffet breakfast. Family owned, right on the beach. Ask for a room where you can see the ships come in. in the morning.
  9. Just curious, which cruise line gives your best MDR experience?
  10. No one else seems to be the least bit curious about how a partially eaten appetizer was served to you, but I am. What was it, and how did that come about?
  11. What were they attached to and how? I would imagine a good gust of wind could have made a catastrophe out of that.
  12. Sad that this "issue" ever comes up at all. Paying passengers should not have to sleep on a makeshift bed.
  13. I packed and used flat foam pool floats, about 18 inches long and 12 inches wide. They were about two inches thick. We used them in the pool, and at the beaches at the ports. No one said a word, but they were not intrusive to other passengers.
  14. I think this will be disappointing and hazardous for alot of people.
  15. I have seen paper, and plastic leis stuck to the door. Not saying these would be the cause of a fire, but they certainly would burn if there was a fire.
  16. I am sure we are in the minority, but I agree with you. I think they can be on the tacky side, and no one can argue with the fact that they could be a fire hazard.
  17. What a joke, Princess must be laughing their heads off at the passengers that think this is a "Premium Dessert"
  18. So many here really seem to enjoy saying that.
  19. Sorry, I misunderstood. Thank you for clarifying. And, hope you are feeling fit very soon!
  20. I assume you are getting the Paxlovid on board? They are OK then, for you to eat in the dining room?
  21. I must agree with you. I was so against buying a Kindle, always wanted a real book. Then arthritis got so bad in my hands it was impossible to read for more than half an hour. I guess I am like many others who have "seen the light". I adore my Kindle, have nearly 100 books so far. I love that I can have a book that I want within a few minutes. I havent bought a real book in ages, and have been thinking of dragging the ones I do have to half price books. I doubt I will ever give up the Kindle now.
  22. False? Looking at the photo provided it does not look like an abundance of books on the shelves.
  23. Are these olives traditionally stuffed with pimento, or something different?
