I think you are missing the point. Rather than a complaint, the point is that what is served is not what is on the menu. Example would be the menu offering lobster tail, and being served shrimp instead. Or the menu offering steak, and being served hamburger.
Your choice of course. On the other hand, my choice would be to explain to the waiter, and send it back and order something else. How can you pound something very thin, if it has a bone in it.
My very favorite is Lago Mar. No shuttles, but a cab will get you to the port in ten minutes. Not close to shops or restaurants unless you have a car. Their dining rooms are fantastic, and they have a wonderful buffet breakfast. Family owned, right on the beach. Ask for a room where you can see the ships come in. in the morning.
No one else seems to be the least bit curious about how a partially eaten appetizer was served to you, but I am. What was it, and how did that come about?
I packed and used flat foam pool floats, about 18 inches long and 12 inches wide. They were about two inches thick. We used them in the pool, and at the beaches at the ports. No one said a word, but they were not intrusive to other passengers.
I have seen paper, and plastic leis stuck to the door. Not saying these would be the cause of a fire, but they certainly would burn if there was a fire.
I am sure we are in the minority, but I agree with you. I think they can be on the tacky side, and no one can argue with the fact that they could be a fire hazard.
I must agree with you. I was so against buying a Kindle, always wanted a real book. Then arthritis got so bad in my hands it was impossible to read for more than half an hour. I guess I am like many others who have "seen the light". I adore my Kindle, have nearly 100 books so far. I love that I can have a book that I want within a few minutes. I havent bought a real book in ages, and have been thinking of dragging the ones I do have to half price books. I doubt I will ever give up the Kindle now.
