Breakaway Checkin Question

Hello,

Has anyone recently brought their own case of water? If so, was it checked in or did you have to bring it on board yourself.

All you have to do is tape a luggage tag to it, and give it to the porters with your other bags. It will make it to your stateroom. Now, when I was walking into the terminal (just 2 weeks ago almost) I did notice a few cases of water on a cart that looks like they had broken open. Perhaps secure it with some extra tape to avoid breakage.

We normally put our watering a small roller and leave it with the porters. Less chance of a bottle getting puncured or come loose.

They probable checked the bottles inside the case for booze before it fell apart.
