70054609 Posted April 18, 2016 #1 Share Posted April 18, 2016 I recently did a post regarding having to cancel an upcoming cruise due to a medical issue. Due to a knee injury we were told last Thursday that my mum was not fit to travel, I h ad fully paid for the cruise and was 30 days out. I rang and was told I could not transfer to a later sailing and would potentially loose 50%. The guy I spoke to was lovely and asked why I was cancelling, he said he would speak to another department to see what they could do. They agreed if I could send evidence of medical issue they would refund all except the deposit which luckily enough was only £50 each as booked when a promotion was on. Very happy to re book in the future with them:)
